Feb 21, 2018 was our official spring launch, and  welcome day.  We had a Digital Photo Scavenger Hunt where teams were asked to find and picture scenes.  Winner had bragging rights.

The theme for this spring is 'Reminiscent Theater'. We hope that the youth will be quite captivated!  The LOL Youth will work with seniors to create a play about memories.  They will prepare an afternoon tea for seniors, chat with them about their memories, then create a piece of Reminiscent Theater based on their stories. 

 

The play will be performed at Calvary Church on May 23, at 4:24 pm.  for seniors, parents, grandparents etc. I   There will be refreshments following.

June 6 will be the 'End of the Season Party'.   We will be transporting all participants at 4 pm to A&W for a meal, and then play at Laser Tag Cambridge, 580 Hespeler Rd, at 5 pm We expect to be back at Calvary Church at 6 pm   Cost is $20 per student.     A signed permission and waiver form must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
